For several years now our cooking Chef, Franz attends to the herbal garden, making sure the local herbs are thriving and growing! Organic cultivated - he grows Melissa, Mint, Rosemary, Oregano, Horse-radish - just to name a few, to give his compositions the precise note wanted.
