Winter hikes – between Karwendel and Rofan

Approx. 50 km of cleared winter hiking trails make it easy to explore the region on foot.

Walk through the snow on circular routes, along the lakeside road or through peaceful valleys in the Karwendel nature park in crystal clear wintry air.

Ski bus transfers to and from the walks are free of charge.

Don’t miss a romantic ride in a carriage drawn by Noriker horses Heidi and Fiona from the Tuxerhof farm.

You’ll be collected from the Achentalerhof and taken on a specific route through Achenkirch and the side valleys of either Oberau or Unterau.
