From hearty delicacies and traditional regional specialties to light, refined dishes and exquisite creations — the culinary range at Hotel Achentalerhof is broad and diverse. Creatively presented and lovingly served, aromatic herbs from our own garden crown the select national and international compositions from our master kitchen.

Our head chef, Tomas Hornak, and his team ensure continuity and excellence. They stand for modern, light, and varied cuisine made primarily from regional products. Many of our foods — including our meat — come directly from contract farmers. Wherever possible, we strive to meet our needs with seasonal products from the region.

We have also been supplied for years with wines and spirits from local and certified producers. These fine drops are served by our restaurant manager, Mr. Josy Neuhauser, and his service team.
