For many years we have been striving to use as many local and organic products in our hotel kitchen as possible.

Austria is in the lucky position to have the closest network of Organic farmers in Europe and in Achenkirch, where most of the farmers are secondary farmers, many of them hold the certificate from the AMA (Agriculture Marketing Austria). Venison from local forests fish from neighbouring lakes - simply pure indulgence. Not to mention wine and spirits – here we are also supplied by the very best. For several years in a row, we have been honored by the ''Conscious Tyrol Award''.

Bronze for the Achentalerhof at the T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix 2016

The Hotel Achentalerhof triumphed at the world's toughest competition for tourism advertisement, the ''T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix'' 2016. The audience has reached a decision - the website of the Hotel Achentalerhof received the ''Signum Laudis in Bronze''. The public voting system is unique at the T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix and supplements the professional jury.
