Important Information for Your Stay

Arrival – Check-in: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, please contact our reception staff. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, we kindly ask for a short notification. On departure day, please check out by 10:00 AM. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us at any time.

Rooms

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms and non-smoking suites.

Dogs

We charge a cleaning fee of €20 per day per dog, excluding food.

When booking, please indicate whether you will bring your dog to meals (breakfast/dinner) or whether your four-legged companion will stay in the room during this time. If we do not receive any information, we will assume that your dog remains in the room.

Cancellation Policy (AGBH)

Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of total package price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of total package price
Last week before arrival: 90% of total package price
No-show: 100%

Loyalty Bonus

Stay longer – it pays off!
According to the AMAS study, health-relevant improvements in your body are measurable only after about 10 days. Therefore, each additional week (7 nights) in summer is 20% discounted. Any additional days from the 15th night onwards are also discounted by 20%. We reward your loyalty!

Refer a friend – Gift a holiday!
If you refer a new full-paying guest who stays at least 7 nights at Achentalerhof, we give you one free day, provided you have stayed with us before. (Important: valid only for direct bookings)

Loyalty discounts for returning guests (minimum 7 nights in a calendar year):

Bronze (5 years): 5% off half-board
Silver (10 years): 10% off half-board
Gold (15 years): 15% off half-board
Ambassador (20 years and more): 20% off half-board
